Our Story

Located in Spearman, TX, Palo Duro Performance & Wellness was born from a passion for helping people heal naturally and live healthier lives. As the sister company to Palo Duro Aesthetics, our journey began by incorporating regenerative therapies such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) to help patients manage arthritic joint pain using the body's own natural healing abilities.

As our experience grew, so did the demand. We began treating athletes recovering from sports injuries, and the results were remarkable. By combining regenerative medicine with evidence-based peptide therapy, we saw faster recovery, improved performance, and a renewed confidence in our patients—all while harnessing the body's natural ability to heal.

At the same time, our medically supervised weight management and wellness programs continued to grow, helping patients improve their overall health, energy, and quality of life. It quickly became clear that the Texas Panhandle needed a place dedicated not only to treating injuries, but also to optimizing health, recovery, and performance.
